Women empowerment through self help

Women in most societies are subject to discrimination. The united nation convention stand up for the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women . It is necessary to have laws, on violence against women as well as equal property rights, opportunities in education, access to health care, work opportunities, wages and end customs, that are derogatory to women.
